1. SERVICES The Coach provides coaching services to individuals and groups through various mediums including but not limited to, phone, email, video conferencing and in-person sessions. The Coach reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Services at any time without notice.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to use the Services to:
a. upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

3. PAYMENT Fees for Services are listed on the Website and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before coaching sessions commence, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. No refunds will be issued for missed coaching sessions or early termination of coaching.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY The Coach respects the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions. Any information provided to the Coach during coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Website and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Coach and are protected by Indian copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, modify, perform, create derivative works from, or sell any such intellectual property, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of the Coach.

DISCLAIMER The website and services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. to the fullest extent permissible by law, the coach disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. the coach does not warrant that the website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the servers that make the services are free of viruses or other harmful components. the coach shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the website or services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
